Tennessee River Gorge Trust is opening the first phase of Aetna Mountain Trails on September 29 at 2:00 PM ET. There will be light refreshments and a few remarks to officially open the trail.

Important Note: Parking will be tight at the trailhead. Please carpool if you can. There will be overflow parking at the top of the mountain (0.8 miles past the trailhead) .

Directions: In Google Maps, type in River Gorge Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37419.

The trailhead is roughly halfway up the mountain on River Gorge Drive. There will be signs within the Black Creek Neighborhood directing participants to the trailhead.
