Lula Lake's Decade in the Dirt featuring the Moonshine Shuffle

Ten years ago we had this idea...
To create the best trail system we could, connecting people with places they would want to visit. We started with some rough, rarely used trails at Five Points and building a connector from Longbranch. Over the past ten years, we've built Five Points, the Cloudland Connector Trail, and our new Chattanooga Connector Trail, totaling over 50 miles of trail.

Join us as we celebrate our new segment, "The Moonshine Trails." The Moonshine Trails includes the Chattanooga Connetor Trail that connects Lula Lake Land Trust Core Property to Covenant College and the National Park Service trails, as well as 4 more miles of advanced spur trails.

The celebration starts with the "Moonshine Shuffle"--a scavenger hunt style adventure race where mountain bikers and trail runners visit checkpoints along the new trails. Once checkpoints (and maybe some special tasks!) are complete, runners and riders can turn in those checkpoints for sweet raffle prizes! The Moonshine Shuffle is not a race, but more of an adventure you can have with your friends while exploring new trails!

After the shuffle, come back to Lula Lake Land Trust to enjoy a short ceremony, music, drinks, and food!
