Join us for a 15-mile group mountain bike ride and preview sections of the Five Points 50/25 race course. Open to everyone!
Get ready to dial in your lines and explore Lookout Mountain with SORBA Chattanooga and Lula Lake Land Trust during our Five Points 50/25 Course Preview Ride series leading up to the Oct. 24th race! This group ride will be held at the Durham Mine Trails property.
Whether you're racing or just want to ride with a great crew, these are for you. Can’t make this one? More group rides are coming, each highlighting different sections of the course so you can get comfortable before race day.
About the ride: This ride will be 15 miles with an approximate elevation gain of 1,100 vertical feet. The section of the race course covered will include the trails on Lula Lake's Durham Mine Trails property and the Five Points trail system. These trails are mostly single track with a combination of long climbs, downhills, technical rock gardens, and smooth flowy trails. These rides will roll at a social pace, but the terrain is no joke—expect a mix of flow, roots, and climbs that will keep you on your toes. No one will be left behind!
Date: June 11th, 2026
Meeting Time: Please arrive no later than 5:45 pm ET at the Durham Mine Trails parking lot. The ride will start promptly at 6:00 pm ET. For Google directions to the Durham parking lot, click here.
